Residential HVAC Service Technician - UP TO 5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Ensure customers have healthy home and living conditions
• Communicate effectively with customers to help them make informed decisions
• Work independently and efficiently, ensuring jobs are completed correctly the first time
• Follow written and verbal directions from managers and leadership
• Generate customer invoices and payments at job sites
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and office staff
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, parts, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Document all necessary information when working on a system/unit

Requirements

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical components of HVAC Residential systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills using digital volt meters and other electronic tools
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, drives, and chemical maintenance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and Tennessee residency at time of hire and throughout employment
