HVAC Service Manager

You'll lead a hands-on team, of Service Technicians and the surrounding support team. Coaching technicians, running team meetings, and handling customer escalations as the technical backbone they can count on. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field on ride-alongs, on the phone with customers, and in the trenches with your crew during peak season, with real authority to make decisions that matter.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 15+ technicians plus dispatch and admin staff
• Coach, mentor, and deliver performance reviews
• Run monthly Lead Tech and Service Team meetings
• Handle customer escalations with urgency and professionalism
• Partner with dispatch to keep scheduling sharp and efficient
• Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
• Jump into service calls during peak demand
• Be the go-to technical resource for your team, 24/7

What You Bring

• 7+ years of HVAC technical experience
• 3+ years in a management role
• MA/CT/RI Oil Burner, Pipefitter, or Plumbing License (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset that thrives under pressure
