Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort needs, priorities, and goals
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and develop customized replacement and upgrade solutions
• Educate customers on system options, efficiency, comfort, financing, and long-term value
• Present solutions confidently and guide homeowners through the decision-making process
• Own the customer experience from initial consultation through a successful project handoff
• Partner closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped and set up for success
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales documentation
• Follow our proven sales process while consistently working toward individual and company performance goals
• Deliver a WOW experience that creates trust, referrals, and long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales, in-home sales, project management, or related experience preferred
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and confidently ask for the business
• HVAC industry knowledge strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and projects with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
