About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You’ll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes
- Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
- Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home
- Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions
- Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience
What You’ll Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Experience with customer service software such as Service Titan is preferred, but not required
- Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background
