Overview
The IS Technical Services Team Manager is responsible for the execution of Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning services for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with Company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Mentor and manage assigned team.
- Develop and update Technical Services Project Execution Plans.
- Manage project forecasts and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the project engineering executive and construction manager.
- Track energy performance and ensure performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Energy Management team.
- Address and escalate project constraints.
- Review and document expenses.
- Conduct project closeout activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of commissioning or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering Intern (EI) certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ASHRAE Commissioning Certification.
- Building automation systems design and programming experience.
Travel Requirements
25-30% of the time will be spent traveling to job sites/offices.

- Standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
- Operating machinery and power tools.

Pay Range
USD $88,380.00 - USD $117,970.00 /Yr.
