HVAC Retro Controls Commissioning Manager

Overview

The IS Technical Services Team Manager is responsible for the execution of Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning services for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with Company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and manage assigned team.
• Develop and update Technical Services Project Execution Plans.
• Manage project forecasts and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the project engineering executive and construction manager.
• Track energy performance and ensure performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with the Energy Management team.
• Address and escalate project constraints.
• Review and document expenses.
• Conduct project closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering Intern (EI) certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ASHRAE Commissioning Certification.
• Building automation systems design and programming experience.

Travel Requirements

25-30% of the time will be spent traveling to job sites/offices.

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
• Operating machinery and power tools.

Pay Range

USD $88,380.00 - USD $117,970.00 /Yr.
