Branch Hours

Branch Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch, in person and via phone, the Famous Way.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
• Keep counter area clean and organized

Required Experience And Skills

• Technical HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge
• Customer service mindset
• Able to use computer
• Able to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Preferred Experience And Skills

• Forklift experience
• Retail Scanner Experience
• Warehouse Experience
