HVAC Counter Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Complete sales order process for customers
• Service walk-in and telephone customers' needs
• Managing customer relationships inside the store
• Represent company in a courteous and respectful manner when speaking to customers.
• Maintaining orderly paperwork
• Meting company accuracy standards
• Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for mobile home products & supplies.
• Operating material handling equipment safely while loading products
• Able to load heavy materials onto trucks (up to 100 pounds)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Help with annual inventory
• Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent Education
• 1+ Years of Experience
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• General knowledge of building, construction and HVAC preferred
• Computer Skills Required
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude, Neat Appearance and Strong Work Ethic
• Customer Service Skills
