HVAC Mechanical Systems Journeyman (union)

About the role

We are seeking skilled Journeymen with HVAC experience in residential, light commercial, and/or heavy commercial markets to work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment service in residential, light commercial, and heavy commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and service advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment.
• Demonstrate expertise in mechanical systems, including boiler and steam operational knowledge.

Requirements

• Mechanical Journeyman status.
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical working experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• May be required to pass a satisfactory examination demonstrating your special skill.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

Pay

$43.46 hourly rate, determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) rate sheet. The posted salary reflects the target compensation for this role; exceptional candidates with unique skills may be considered beyond the stated range.
