About the role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading Commercial & Industrial HVAC Manufacturers Representative based in Illinois. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers while supporting long-term business growth.
  • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates, quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for HVAC projects.
  • Review construction drawings, project specifications, and addenda to prepare complete and accurate bid submissions.
  • Provide guidance, product recommendations, and support to customers, demonstrating a thorough understanding of product features, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Prepare project submittals and process customer orders from release through completion.
  • Maintain order status and provide customers with timely updates.
  • Cook up shipping information, expedite deliveries when necessary, and assist with shipping discrepancies and warranty claims.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the HVAC industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree is an asset; in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system design, functionality, and applications.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, customer support, technical consulting, and account management.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and web-based software platforms.
