About the Role

We are looking for the BEST professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We seek individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment, embrace coaching, and are motivated to maximize earnings.

We specialize in all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geothermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, and service. Customer service is at the core of what we do—we empower homeowners with options tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems in clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after job completion
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained

• Prepare your fully stocked truck from our warehouse
• Use your company-provided iPad and iPhone to access your first job
• Arrive on time and deliver 6-star service to customers
• Receive real-time coaching and support as needed
• Have parts/materials delivered to you to stay focused on the job
• Record detailed notes for the next technician to ensure team continuity
• Collect payment from customers to ensure company and personal earnings

Pay

$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year with commission and bonuses.
