Responsibilities
- Perform small commercial installation, reading and following plans
- Conduct preventative and routine maintenance
- Commission, overhaul, fault-find, and service mechanical systems
- Maintain equipment such as package units, chillers, and central plant
- Work with Building Management Systems
- Quote small works and manage site activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning
- Refrigeration or Electrical background with HVAC experience
- Trade qualification and restricted Electrical License
- Current driver's license
