Responsibilities
- Perform small commercial installations and read plans
- Conduct preventative and routine maintenance
- Commission, troubleshoot, and service mechanical systems
- Maintain equipment such as package units, chillers, and central plants
- Work with Building Management Systems
- Quote small works and manage site activities
Requirements
- Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning
- Refrigeration or Electrical HVAC background
- Relevant trade qualification
- Restricted Electrical License and a current driver’s license
