Humanoid Robot Operator (Machine Operations)
About the role
SHIFT: (7:00AM – 3:00PM) but also must be flexible in the future for different shifts.
Operate humanoid robots in a manufacturing environment, including using the control panel when required.
Monitor robot performance during production to ensure consistent operation.
Perform basic autonomous maintenance on humanoid robots (cleaning, inspections, routine checks).
Identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues; escalate complex problems to engineering or maintenance teams.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Accurately record operational data, downtime events, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to support smooth production flow.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new robotic technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training a plus.
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) or robotic control panels.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic systems.

Pay
The annual compensation is expected to be between $50,000-55,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing setting. Requires standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods. May involve shift work, overtime, and weekend schedules depending on production needs.
