Human Service Professional – Gaining Ground (Full Time) Seeking a Human Service Professional to provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system. Services are delivered in various settings including community locations, shelters, jails, offices, and schools, either in person or through virtual platforms. Key duties include assisting with Medicaid, FoodShare enrollment, and social service applicationsmental health coordination and recovery supportlife skills, coping skills, and budgeting coachingmedication management assistanceeducational support for GED or technical collegesupporting comprehensive community services Collaborate with clients and teams, maintain accurate documentation, and promote client independence and stability. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a human services field , valid driver's license and reliable transportation , strong communication and organizational skills , and comfort working in community environments and with individuals in crisis. Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications is required.
