Role: Human Services Professional - Specialized, providing skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Responsibilities: Deliver individual and family psychoeducation and skill development servicesAssist clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skillsCollaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partnersUse evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and client recordsParticipate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional developmentRespond flexibly to client needs, including some evenings and weekends Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Special Education)Experience with mental health challenges preferredValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the communityStrong communication, relationship-building, organization, and documentation skillsPassion for helping individuals and families thriveAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to trauma-informed and person-centered care Additional Information: This role offers an opportunity for students pursuing a Master's level education to gain practical experience.
