Human Services Professional

Role: Human Service Specialist in the Interactions & Skill Building Team. Location: Eau Claire, WI & surrounding counties. This community-based position involves working directly with children, parents, and families involved in the child welfare system. Key responsibilities include facilitating supervised visits, providing parent education, and supporting family strengths using trauma-informed, family-centered practices. The role requires collaborating with case managers and service teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in team meetings and training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED.At least one year of experience in human services.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with children, families, or child welfare.Knowledge of counseling, case management, and community resources.Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
