About the role
ETTA offers multiple meaningful opportunities in the field of Human Services throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, including part-time, full-time, and all shifts. Positions available include Direct Support Professional (DSP), Life Skills Coach, Independent Living Advocate, Mentor, Job Coach, and general support staff.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with special needs in daily activities
- Drive clients in your vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Perform "personal hygiene" tasks (occasionally needed for some positions)
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Licensed driver for at least three years
- Insured vehicle with your name listed as an authorized driver
- Willingness to drive with a client in your vehicle
- Background check required (Live Scan (DOJ / FBI))
Qualifications
Experience with individuals with special needs is a plus.
