About the role

Servicing multiple counties, offering full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Providing individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services.
  • Supporting clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.
  • Completing documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Participating in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Responding flexibly to client needs, including some evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
  • Experience with mental health challenges preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel in the community.
