HR Division Support
- Maintain and scan department files
- Order department supplies and ensure area is stocked appropriately
- Manage loan forgiveness, subpoenas, daily mail, unemployment requests & tracking
- Afford assistance to employees in policy and procedure interpretation
- Take the initiative in identifying & facilitating the resolution of employee requests through research, communication & cooperation w/internal & external personnel
- Attend weekly department meetings/huddles & periodically committee meetings
- Process union(s) dues to payroll
- Review and distribute monthly reports to the Union(s) and Labor Relations
- AMP Tracer file review
- Conduct exit interviews
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Aid applicants with the electronic application
- Adhere to Joint Commission requirements and assist in survey preparation and activities
- Field questions including but not limited to: benefits, employee parking, Staff Development and Education requirements, ePayroll, email access, dress code policy, referral bonus program
- Work with Parking and Access Control and/or Public Safety to coordinate badges/parking

- Answer routine benefit questions for employees and managers
- Generally understand UC Health pay practices
Recognition, Events, Special Services
- Participate in the planning and staffing of programs and events
