Summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain HRIS database
- Prepare and pay company’s medical billing
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives
- Work with the highest level of confidentiality
- Provide customer service and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with management, employees, and customers
- Promote organization’s philosophy and values
- Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve employee benefit issues with benefit vendors
- Ensure accuracy of employee benefits records
- Review and adjust payroll deductions for insurance billings
- Process weekly and monthly medical billing and reporting
- Administer the Bank's transportation program
- Aid in the annual benefit open enrollment process
- Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote organization’s philosophy and values
- Maintain current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
- Partners with benefit vendors to resolve complex employee issues
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records
- Review and adjust payroll deductions for insurance billings

- Administer the Bank's transportation program
- Aid in the annual benefit open enrollment process
- Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with related office/clerical work required
