Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Manages HR communications including employee announcements, events, building announcements and general HR information
- Facilitates new employee first day experience including orientation
- Captures new employee information and maintains employee records within HRIS system
- Coordinates building events such as blood drive, holiday food and toy drives, and book fair
- Supports annual performance appraisal process including reporting
- Maintains and updates organizational charts
- Supports annual benefits Open Enrollment through coordination of communication
- Administers Commute Trip Reduction program
- Processes HR-related Service Requests
- Prepares separation paperwork and conducts exit interviews
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Participates in global HR continuous improvement initiatives and HR Projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- 0-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- HRIS experience preferred; SAP a plus.
- Able to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientation.
- Able to work with confidential information and adapt to continually changing priorities.
- Ability to develop an analysis based on researching HR trends.
- Able to work with employees and managers at all different levels of the organization.
