Human Resources Specialist - HOLT Truck Centers

About the role

As a Human Resources Specialist at HOLT Truck Centers, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing HR policies. You will also assist in recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Support the development and implementation of training programs
• Handle employee benefits administration and compliance
• Resolve workplace conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
