What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Deliver an engaging onboarding and new hire orientation experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Cook up interviews, candidate communication, and offer preparation
  • Track recruiting metrics, workforce data, and organizational charts
  • Oversee the Summer Intern Program and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and business leaders to improve hiring processes

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and onboarding programs
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and workforce data
  • Experience supporting relocation or expatriate hiring is a plus

Compensation:

$85,000–$95,000 annual salary DOE
