Position Duties/Responsibilities You will interpret HR concepts, laws, regulations, rules, principles, and practices in one or more of the HR functional areas such as staffing /employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.You will utilize automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs and presentations and use data management tools to research, organize and analyze personnel information.You will research, analyze, and communicate information.You will provide advice and assistance on one or more of the HR functional areas such as staffing/employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.You will assist hiring managers with recruitment and staffing.You will research answers to questions relating to HR functional areas.You will gather and analyze information to provide guidance and recommendations.
