Responsibilities include developing and maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using diverse recruiting tools and resources.
• Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and advertisements for open positions.
• Build strong partnerships with department heads and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Engineering recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years progressive recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated professional communication skills.
• Extensive candidate sourcing experience.

Pay

$40-50 Per HR
