Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Aid in the recruitment process by identifying candidates
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations
- Partner closely with Legal, Payroll department to establish alignment and respond to compliance inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Provide support in all HR - related disciplines, including, but not limited to, organizational development, employee relations, talent management, organizational redesign, and performance management and employee development
- Cook up and execute all aspects of bringing onboard a new employee including scheduling orientation, preparing new hire packets, collecting and processing new hire paperwork, interfacing with payroll/benefits
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the related field is required
- Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a must
Pay & Benefits
- Salary & Wages: $55,000–$62,000 annually
