About the role
We are seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to contribute their expertise to projects focused on advancing next-generation AI technologies. In this role, you will help improve AI systems by designing realistic HR scenarios, developing reference materials, and evaluating AI-generated outputs across a broad range of human resources disciplines. This opportunity is ideal for senior HR leaders and consultants with extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, and employment law. No prior AI experience is required—your HR expertise is what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and compensation strategy.
- Develop evaluation tasks related to recruiting, succession planning, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Create scenarios involving enterprise HR technologies such as HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance management systems, and compensation benchmarking tools.
- Apply established HR methodologies, including workforce planning, compensation analysis, organizational design, and employee relations investigations, to create high-quality project materials.
- Produce reference deliverables such as HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, organizational design recommendations, and workforce planning documents.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated HR content for technical accuracy, practical applicability, and compliance with applicable employment standards.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish expert HR judgment from generic or theoretical responses.
- Collaborate with project teams while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Human Resources leadership, HR Business Partner, People Operations, Compensation, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting role.
- Experience leading enterprise HR initiatives within large organizations or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation strategy, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance, including U.S. employment regulations (e.g., Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and applicable state laws) and/or international employment frameworks (e.g., UK Employment Rights Act, EU labor directives).
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking methodologies and market pricing tools.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or an equivalent credential is highly preferred.
- Experience creating HR policies, training materials, evaluation frameworks, or organizational guidance documents is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
