Job Description

This role supports recruitment efforts by engaging and screening candidates for open entry-level and high-volume positions. The individual will work within defined guidelines to provide guidance on recruitment-related policies and processes, perform routine work assignments, and resolve problems to support other team members under direct supervision.

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and/or high-volume positions using various methods.
  • Develop a basic recruitment strategy to support business leaders in their hiring needs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team leaders and senior peers on workflow.
  • Occasionally assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Facilitate a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment events and communities to support candidate generation.
  • Keep candidates continually informed of their application status with consistent communication.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to identify gaps in hiring processes and implement solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

2-3 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting-related experience.

Skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility to support multiple teams and in a different capacity as needed.
  • Advanced ability to leverage relationships and knowledge to solve organizational challenges.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced administration and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of effective screening and interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other state regulations governing recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in staffing and recruitment.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of bank processes and services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Knowledge of effective screening and interview techniques.
