Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and contracts.
- Manage onboarding process for all new hires.
- Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Track PTO and general attendance policies.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Update employee records.
- Be available to address questions, issues, and conflicts.
- Support employee relations, performance issues, and development.
- Handle employee discipline and terminations.
- Update training and development programs.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports engagement, belonging, and success.
- Improve upon HR systems and tools.
- Contribute to reporting and hiring insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or similar.
- 2+ years of HR experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting required.
- Previous experience recruiting, sourcing, onboarding preferred.
- Previous experience working across experiential and events campaigns strongly preferred!
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS tools, ATS, and benefits programs required.
- Work well under tight deadlines, putting quality control first.
- Profilcency in MS Office Suite.
- Handle confidential and proprietary information.
