Human Resources Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiringAssist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently appliedMaintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systemsCoordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managersSupport new hire onboarding and HR documentationAssist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations REQUIREMENT:Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail QUALITIFICATION:Highly proactive, dependable, and team orientedDemonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company informationAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgrounds EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment SALARY:$60,000 – $80,000 BENEFIT:401K 6% matching (NO vesting period)Healthcare 100% support (Health, Dental, Vision)Life, STD, LTD 100 % supportCell phone allowancePTO and self-development
