About the Role
The HR Consultant will provide strategic and operational Human Resources support during a temporary project assignment. The role involves reviewing and updating HR policies, managing employee relations and leave administration, supporting recruitment efforts, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring HR compliance, and assisting with various HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience in domestic Human Resources practices is required.
- Global Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR are preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and policy development.
- Experience supporting organizational HR projects and process improvements.
