Essential Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with management to execute recruiting strategies for internal and contingent staffing positions.
- Manage job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Cook up interviews with hiring managers and client representatives (Internal construction management and contingent workforce).
- Cook up candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruiting process.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for management review.
- Onboarding & Employee Administration
- Cook up new hire onboarding activities and documentation.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all onboarding paperwork.
- Keep employee records and HRIS data up-to-date.
- Track required certifications, licenses, and training records.
- Keep personnel files and employee records tidy.
- Audit employee files for completeness and compliance.
- Track required documentation and follow up on missing items.
- Keep onboarding documentation completed and properly maintained.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping
- Maintain personnel files and employee records.

- Performance Management
- Track performance review schedules and deadlines.
- Follow up with managers regarding outstanding evaluations.
- Maintain performance review documentation and reporting.
- Employee Relations & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Draft professional communications to employees and leadership.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience supporting contingent staffing, professional services, engineering, construction management, or project management organizations. (Preferred)
- Experience with JazzHR, Paychex, or similar systems. (Preferred)
