About the role
Kind Senior Care is seeking a Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator to help recruit, retain, and train the best Caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate journey from start to finish.
- Skillfully recruit via digital and in-person channels, including social media and educational institutions.
- Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding and continuous training for our team.
- Manage a fully digital onboarding process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design and implement HR initiatives that bolster caregiver recruitment, retention, and morale.
- Provide other administrative support on a variety of back office tasks.
Requirements
- An experienced recruiter excited to take on the task of building a world-class care team.
- An HR champion with at least 2 years of direct HR experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting.
- A holder of at least an Associate degree, though a Bachelor's is ideal.
- An organizational wizard with stellar communication skills.
- A team player willing to wear multiple hats.
- In possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital tools for recruiting hourly workers at a high volume.
- Experience facilitating training and onboarding sessions.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
