Responsibilities

• Maintains the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process
• Payroll processing
• Onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Order office supplies and maintain office machines (contact appropriate vendors)
• Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payables
• Prepares, processes, and submits payroll data for the hospital
• Leads the employee engagement and activity committee
• Ensures adherence to company policies for attendance, timekeeping, and conduct
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources
• Working knowledge of common office machines
• General computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
