About the role
The Human Resources Office Coordinator serves as the office coordinator for a large-scale multi-faceted Human Resources Office. They provide essential front-line administrative support to all of Human Resources, oversee daily operations, maintain office processes, procedures, and systems, and process unemployment and performance evaluations. The incumbent handles confidential matters, oversees and reconciles all aspects of the department budgets, and provides administrative support to the AVP of Staff Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources staff
- Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources Office
- Maintain office processes, procedures, and systems
- Process unemployment claims and performance evaluations
- Handle confidential matters
- Oversight and reconciliation of department budgets
- Support the AVP of Staff Human Resources
Requirements
- Three years of related office work experience
- Advanced Excel skills preparing spreadsheets and using pivot tables
- Four or more years of prior office management experience
Qualifications
- Functional knowledge and skill in standard office procedures and practices
Skills
- Ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures

Pay
$48,564 (Step 1) - $70,752 (Step 20) per year.
Schedule
Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm
