Human Resources Manager - Corrections

About the role

This is a remote position based in Oklahoma that requires 30%–50% travel to client locations. You will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark field operations team and manage several key HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues and follow up with corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs), including:
    • Responding to hotline calls, conducting investigations, and ensuring follow-through
    • Consulting on corrective action and performance management
    • Interpreting policies
  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement Initiatives, including Engagement Action Plans and coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities
  • Serve as the point of contact for corporate Talent Acquisition programs (Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership)
  • Report and analyze HR metrics
  • Assist with benefits and payroll as needed
  • Lead onboarding programs and initiatives

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and developing resolutions
  • Proven ability to interact, communicate, and consult effectively with multiple levels of management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and deliver presentations
  • Solid understanding of financial and business objectives
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Initiative to improve processes as needed
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization

Qualifications

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required
  • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred
