About the role
Wallace Graphics is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial print companies headquartered in Georgia. We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to help build the people side of that growth. Our services span commercial print, direct mail, wide format print and installation, digital storefront implementation and management, branded apparel, and merchandising. We offer full-service solutions using the latest technology and equipment in a team-oriented environment built on strong values and lasting relationships.
This role reports to our HR Director and serves as a strategic business partner—shaping culture and workforce strategy while also executing day-to-day HR operations. You’ll modernize HR processes, strengthen talent attraction and development, and help shape the employee experience for a company that’s doubled in size and continues to grow. This is an opportunity for a mid-career HR professional ready for more scope, visibility, and growth into a larger role.
