About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist supports the organization's people strategy by managing key Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. This role works closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring Human Resources operations are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
- Cook up interviews and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support onboarding activities to ensure successful employee integration
- Aid in workforce planning and recruitment strategies
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring documentation
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on Human Resources matters
- Support the resolution of employee concerns while promoting positive workplace relationships
- Provide day-to-day Human Resources guidance and support
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Aid in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
- Promote company values and a positive organizational culture
- Benefits & Human Resources Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and Human Resources policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources documentation
- Support leave administration and other employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
- Aid in additional Human Resources administrative functions as needed
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and Human Resources procedures
- Update and maintain Human Resources policies and employee documentation
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation practices
- Monitor changes in employment regulations affecting Human Resources operations
- Promote adherence to organizational standards and best practices
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement initiatives
- Support workplace communication and organizational development efforts
- Contribute ideas that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Assist with recognition and employee experience programs
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Support initiatives that promote professional development and organizational growth
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment practices, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resources information systems
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Knowledge of Human Resources compliance and policy development
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Professional Human Resources certification
