Job Details Human Resources Manager - El Monte, CA Position: Human Resources Manager Industry: Food Distributor Location: El Monte, CA Salary: 95-110K/year (DOE) Status: Full Time/Direct Hire Work Style: Office Ref #: #33577 Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations and support the HR teamPartner with the HR Director and company leadership on HR programs and initiativesManage employee relations, including investigations, discipline, performance issues, and terminationsOversee recruiting, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and employee recordsEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, DOT requirements, and union agreementsManage HR programs for compensation, benefits, leave, training, and employee engagementSupport performance reviews, employee development, and retention initiativesManage union relations, grievances, and CBA complianceProvide HR guidance to managers and employees on sensitive and complex issues Qualifications 5+ years of Human Resources management experience requiredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredBilingual in Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or another foreign language is a strong plusWillingness to travel for business as neededProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS systemsStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, coaching, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Register Resume
