Human Resources Manager
About the role
The HR Manager will develop and execute HR strategies that align with SW Corp’s mission, oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, manage HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook, provide guidance to managers and employees, drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture, lead training and development initiatives, analyze HR data for informed decision-making, promote diversity and inclusion, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with SW Corp’s mission
- Oversight of the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Manage HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook
- Provide guidance to managers and employees
- Drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

Requirements
- Experienced and dynamic background in HR management
- U.S. immigration visa experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing the full employee lifecycle
- Ability to analyze HR data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
