Search Solution Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client in Cofield, North Carolina. This role serves as a strategic business partner, overseeing all core human resources functions while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a culture of open communication, trust, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee the full recruitment and staffing process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Lead and support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
  • Partner with department leaders to build talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Align HR strategies and programs with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Drive teammate engagement through effective communication and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Leadership Team to support company-wide initiatives and operational goals.
  • Assist with HR reporting, workforce planning, and other strategic human resources initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience managing recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other Human Resources certification preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Knowledge of performance management processes.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR reporting.
