Job Overview:Search Solution Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client. The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR programs and initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to site leadership and employees. This role will manage programs such as wellness, benefits enrollment and education, employee training, talent assessment, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have strong HR leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide employees and management through complex workplace matters and organizational change.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee key HR programs and initiatives, including wellness, benefits enrollment, and benefits education.Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the site’s people strategy and HR agenda.Guide employees and leaders through organizational change management initiatives.Lead and support employee training strategies and implementation.Manage talent assessment and succession planning initiatives.Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace policies, practices, and procedures.Objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and sensitive employee relations matters.Provide recommendations for resolving employee and workplace issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Support employee engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Partner with leadership on network-wide HR projects and initiatives.Ensure HR programs and practices are consistently implemented and aligned with organizational standards.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.Support payroll, employee benefits, personnel administration, and related HR processes.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, managers, and site leadership.Perform other HR-related duties and initiatives as assigned.Requirements include:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Experience:5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.Previous direct people leadership or HR management experience required.Experience developing and implementing employee training strategies.Experience with talent assessment and succession planning.Experience in both union and nonunion work environments is a plus.Onsite manufacturing HR management experience is strongly preferred.Skills:Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Ability to coach employees and managers through complex and sensitive situations.Strong leadership and people management capabilities.Ability to influence and collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment when addressing workplace issues.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Ability to manage multiple priorities and HR initiatives effectively.Certifications:No specific certification required.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.Knowledge:Human Resources principles, policies, and best practices.Personnel administration and HR operations.Employee benefits and benefits administration.Payroll processes.Employee training and development.Talent assessment and succession planning.Employee relations and workplace investigations.Employment law and government compliance regulations.Union and nonunion employment environments is a plus.Change management principles and practices.HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices.Key Competencies:Leadership: Provides effective HR leadership and builds trust with employees and management.Employee Relations: Handles complex workplace issues objectively, professionally, and with sound judgment.Coaching & Development: Effectively coaches employees and leaders while supporting professional growth and development.Communication: Communicates HR policies, programs, and sensitive information clearly and professionally.Confidentiality: Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.Problem Solving: Evaluates complex situations and develops practical solutions consistent with company policies and applicable regulations.Strategic Thinking: Connects HR programs and initiatives to broader organizational and business objectives.Change Management: Successfully guides employees and leaders through organizational changes and new initiatives.Relationship Building: Develops strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.Compliance Mindset: Ensures HR practices remain aligned with employment laws, regulations, and company standards.Objectivity: Maintains fairness and consistency when addressing employee and management concerns.Organization: Effectively manages multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines.How to Apply:To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
