About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
