Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development
  • Five (5) years experience in an HR leadership role (in a manufacturing organization preferred)
  • SHRM certifications a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Must be flexible to accommodate other shifts when needed
  • Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Pay

$85k - $90k based on experience, could increase

Schedule

Daily, on-site first shift position, typically 8am – 4pm/5pm
