Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development
- Five (5) years experience in an HR leadership role (in a manufacturing organization preferred)
- SHRM certifications a plus
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Must be flexible to accommodate other shifts when needed
- Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
