Why This Role Stands Out Dual-impact role across Human Resources and Environmental, Health & SafetyHigh visibility supporting leadership and plant operationsOpportunity to shape culture, compliance, and safety programsExempt-level role reporting to HR leadership What You’ll Do Human Resources: Support full-cycle hourly recruiting, on-boarding, and orientationPartner with leaders on employee relations and performance managementAssist with benefits, payroll support, and HRIS data managementCoordinate training and development initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies Environmental, Health & Safety Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety cultureConduct audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsEnsure OSHA and environmental complianceMaintain SDS documentation and EHS recordsInvestigate incidents and implement preventative measuresDeliver safety training (PPE, hazard communication, emergency response) What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Safety, Business, or related field3+ years HR experience (EHS exposure preferred)Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.)Familiarity with OSHA and environmental complianceEffective communication and employee engagement skillsHRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency – UKG experience preferredSHRM-CP, OSHA 30, ASP, or GSP certifications a plus Why Join Pretium?
