Human Resources Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our New York office, providing comprehensive HR support across our New York, Denver, London, and US Remote employee populations. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted resource for employee relations, managing core programs including benefits administration, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, performance management, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives. While the position primarily focuses on regional operations, you will also partner on strategic, firm-wide global HR rollouts. The ideal candidate is comfortable thinking through high level strategy but isn’t afraid to get into the weeds with day-to-day operations.
