Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in employee relations and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay
