Responsibilities
- Partner and work with Lutron Coopersburg Engineering leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs.
- Provide expert HR guidance and organizational insight to Lutron's Engineering leadership.
- Partner with Engineering leaders to improve organization design.
- Champion Lutron principles and culture.
- Develop HR solutions, programs and policies to support the Lutron organization.
- Partner with Lutron Human Resources COEs on corporate wide programs.
- Identify training needs and partner with the Lutron learning organization to successfully execute programs.
- Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Administer Salary Reviews, Performance Reviews, Promotion processes, Year End Evaluations, Employee Relations and Accommodation requests.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Lutron leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Partner with Lutron leaders and Centers Of Excellences such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to fulfill engineering business needs.
- Use knowledge, judgment and expertise to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory, policy and procedural compliance.
- Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of Human Resource experience required.
- Experience in Employee Relations and People Development required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field required. (MBA a plus).
- Prior experience managing a Talent Development function is plus.
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent judgment in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Very active “over” communicator to all stakeholders.
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily to Lutron Pennsylvania facilities.
Pay
Starting pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year plus bonus and profit sharing.
