Responsibilities

Manage compensation administration, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis
Support and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional and management-level roles
Partner with leaders on organizational and talent initiatives
Develop and enhance employee engagement programs
Support HR technology initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements
Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Must come from the financial services industry
Experience supporting multiple HR functions including compensation and talent acquisition
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
HRIS experience and comfort with technology
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay

$100-120K per year & eligible for discretionary bonus
