Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience with HR software and technology platforms.
